We currently ship to:

  • All states within Malaysia (West & East Malaysia)

  • Selected international destinations

  • All orders are processed within 1โ€“3 working days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email (if applicable).

Domestic (Malaysia)

  • West Malaysia: 3โ€“5 working days

  • East Malaysia: 5โ€“7 working days

International Orders

  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, and courier partner.

  • Estimated timeframe: 7โ€“21 working days

We strive to deliver your order as soon as possible, but please understand that delays caused by courier services, weather, or customs processes are beyond our control.

  • Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, order weight, and courier rates.

  • From time to time, GATO may offer free shipping promotions within Malaysia or to selected regions.


๐Ÿšซ 5. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or delivery refusal, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please double-check your delivery details before completing your order.


๐Ÿงพ 6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international customers:

  • Import duties, taxes, or customs fees (if applicable) are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

  • These charges are determined by your local customs office and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
    GATO is not responsible for any delays or additional costs due to customs clearance.
