Please note:

Items purchased from GATO Online may be returned within 7โ€“14 days of receiving your order, but only in the case of manufacturing defects or damage.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

  • Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase (your order number or receipt).

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

โš ๏ธ We do not accept returns for change of mind or unwanted items.

Refunds will only be issued for:

  • Damaged items

  • Defective products

  • Missing items from your order

Each claim will be reviewed carefully. We may request photos or videos as supporting documentation before approving your refund.

Once approved:

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method or via online transfer.

  • Please allow 5โ€“10 business days for processing after weโ€™ve received and inspected the returned item.

We currently do not reserve stock specifically for exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item:

  1. Return the defective or damaged item according to our return process.

  2. Place a new order for your desired item (subject to availability).

This helps us keep our inventory accurate and ensures you receive your replacement faster.
